It appears that Notre Dame and Adidas have improved the home blue jerseys for 2012. All of this talk about the Shamrock Series and Notre Dame’s game against Navy in Dublin, Ireland and those possible uniform combinations has deflected the fact that the home blues had an issue.
The interlocking “ND” looked, well, smudged. Adidas, with the help of Ryan Grooms I’m sure, seemed to have fixed this problem heading into the 2012 season.
