Rondo: Lightning quick, able to penetrate and finish, superior passing skills, great ball fakes, excellent defender and rebounder

Paul: Very fast, does most of his damage off
pick-and-rolls, superior passing skills, 3-point range, league leader
in steals, excellent rebounder

Weaknesses:

Rondo: poor jump shooter and free throw shooter, gambles frequently on defense, maturity

Paul: small stature limits effectiveness of his perimeter defense
