Now that payback for 30 years is over, remember that 2006 opener against Baltimore?

The Bucs went out west and won; and that is not news, they did it in Arizona this year, they did it last year in Seattle, even though people said it was no big deal. The Bucs won a Super Bowl out west too, but that was neutral. But when Tampa Bay went to San Francisco and won where they have not won since 1980, they showed they dont pay any attention to old Bucs teams baggage. HOWEVER….if the Bucs could hear me, please, can we get some payback for 2006? That 4-12 season was far more miserable than 2009; That 4 win season happened to a team that only changed one starter from the division championship team the year before (2005). It was just an awful season that offered absolutely no hope for the coming years. Week 1, and Chris Simms problems with batted balls took about 30 minutes to rear its ugly head. The Bucs let a big lumbering lineman truck down the sideline and run out of bounds without being touched! The defense let Baltimore drive down their throats for almost 10 minutes, with Ronde Barber commiting an unforgivable penalty on 3rd and 4. And in the end, the Ravens scored one more for the road making safety Jermaine Philips look just silly. In three weeks, Chris Simms would have one of this best games as a Buc, and his last (with a spleen) as he was injured vs Carolina. Bruce Gradkowski was the favorite son when he came into the Ravens game to cheers in the final minutes. The team would be his in a few weeks. All thanks to the Baltimore Ravens. So can we get just a little more payback please?
