Now That’s Teamwork

How much fun was that first half? Okay… I cannot tell a lie. I was addicted to that Steelers game. My plan to coax John into writing the postgame report was thwarted when he so selfishly decided to leave his home to watch the game. But, like the Celtics, we executed perfect teamwork to get the job done (He texted me some of the information below).

To the game…

The Celtics mauled the Wolves tonight, 122-104. They lead by 15 after one, 22 at the half and coasted from there (Yes, I know Doc had to put the starters back into the game in the 4th after the lead was cut to 9, but they were all back on the bench in 3 minutes).

The passing in the first half was awesome. The Cs had 19 assists on 25 baskets. Rondo had a variety of incredible bounce passes. Check our Twitter page for the gushing.

The play of year (:35 seconds into the video highlights) came in the 2nd quarter. Eddie House with the steal and tip to himself, behind the back to Tony Allen who finished with a dynamic dunk on Corey Brewer.

Paul Pierce awoke from his slumber – 29 points, 6-6 3FG, 7 rebounds
Maestro Rajon Rondo had 13 points, 15 assists and 3 steals.
Tony Allen had 15 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists.
