The Colts also signed Florida returner/running back Brandon Graham as a free agent shortly after the draft. He is listed as a running back, but he is almost exclusively a returner.

While it’s an area the Colts certainly want to improve, it’s not an area with which they seem to be as concerned as the media and fans. While observers have spent substantial time debating the reasons for the team’s relative struggles in the area, the Colts opted to not address it until late on the third day of the draft, with Colts President Bill Polian saying several times he wasn’t necessarily losing sleep over the issue of returner.
