3. WR Anthony Gonzalez is fully healthy – or very, very close, anyway. The 2007 first-round selection practiced on Thursday and said while there was some rust he felt as if his speed and route-running were back. He missed all but one game last season with a knee injury. “There is a little bit of rust there, but I think that’s just being out for a year, not necessarily having an injury,” Gonzalez said. “I do feel good. The speed was really my big concern and that’s back, so that’s an answered question in my mind.” Gonzalez said while he doesn’t know how the Colts’ receiver position will look next season it’s his understanding he will get an opportunity to compete for the position he held entering last season – the outside receiver position opposite four-time Pro Bowl selection Reggie Wayne.
