Gene Smith, athletic director at the Columbus School for the Stupid Ohio State, has released a video clarifying what exactly is going down in the Big Ten realignment war room. The basic idea: nothing has been changed yet.
As much as I hate staring at that stupid picture behind him, Mr. Smith’s video is a much-needed reassurance that Armageddon has not yet arrived in Big Ten Country. Hopefully the conference will reach an agreement that leaves the Michigan-OSU game as is doesn’t anger the masses but still allows for the excitement of a conference championship game.
