On the Menu: Bacon and tomato pasta

Bacon! BACON! Who cares about all the other stuff, right? It was just shells with tomatoes and onions, and a creamy cheese sauce (this was the only problem… I was out of cheddar, used American and had skim milk… the sauce wasn’t as good as it should have been) . I threw it in the oven for a little bit after mixing the cheese sauce, shells, crumbled BACON and vegetables.

Despite the name, the tomato was what threw everything off the most.It was the wrong texture and flavor for a white sauce and a generally rich dish. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t fit. You know? Anyways, the dish, overall, was a success because of the bacon. Bacon!
