The only issue that I can figure that I had with this beverage was the fruit I had to work with. Usually, the inside of passion fruit looks like this. Instead, the fruit I worked with was extremely fleshy, which is a phenomenon I haven’t seen from any other images of the fruit. I didn’t know what to do so I just plopped it into the drink. I seem OK.
It was tart and refreshing and I had this with steak, which wasn’t really well matched well. It was a perfect breakfast beverage, however, with the orange juice, lemon juice and ginger ale, (not to mention the passion fruit), an it went really well with my Cheerios.
