On the Menu: Pasta and sausage

I have no idea if there is another way to name this, so that’s what I am going with. The idea was to cook up some sausage (Polish, in this case, sliced so the fat could leak into the pan) and then add some water to help turn it into a gravy. It worked all right, but I like my noodles just as they are. I don’t really need a heavy sauce like some people do. The onions weren’t overstated, the zucchini was tender. Not a bad dinner, especially when served with a bit of salad and some rolls. (I tried to stir it, and ended up with mostly noodles on top. Sorry.)
