Phil B shares thoughts from the Colts addressing the media

* CB Kelvin Hayden, on what he tells young players about being in playoff games: “It’s another level. It’s going to be (all-out) every play knowing that if you lose, you go home, and knowing that we have to step up as a defense and not give up big plays. The main thing is just to tell them to be disciplined and play as they have been playing, play hard and fast.”

* Hayden, on the team’s rest with the playoff bye: “I think it helped us a lot. We had a good week of practice last week and everybody participated and participated fully. Guys are feeling good. You see guys running around, you can see the tempo stepped up a little bit. Everybody has a positive mind-set, knowing it’s a fresh start.”
