Ever make a mistake? Do something stupid? Say something you shouldn’t have? We’ve all been there and have received the same three word answer…”Use your head!”
However, 23 years ago today, Jose Canseco proved that “using your head” can sometimes be the problem. Canseco became famous for what is now know as the “Dome Run”. Carlos Martinez, of the Cleveland Indians, lifted a fly ball which would inevitably hit Canseco in the head and bounce over the outfield wall. As the MLB ruling goes, the ball never hit the ground or wall and is ruled a home run.

It may not be Jose Canseco’s shining moment but atleast he has a sense of humor about it.
