I was not happy with Sam Bradford during his holdout, and I was very adamant about the situation, as I’m sure you knew from my first open letter to Sam Bradford. I did not like the way himself and his agent went about the whole situation. Today, Sam Bradford said he had no regrets about the whole holdout. Really Sam? You do not regret not answering phone calls and contradicting yourself. One week you were ready to fight for your position, the next week you were seeking a trade. I get why you wanted a trade, I really do. People tend to forget that NFL players are humans and want stability at the workplace.
Today Sam Bradford was on the field practicing for the first time with Carson Wentz at OTAs. You finally decided to grow up, and I say that in a good way. After the practice at your press conference you were very impressive. You did not just own up to your actions, but all your answers were very honest. You even said that us fans have every reason to be frustrated. What you said after that is impressive, you said you want to win us (the fans) back. That is something I really like to hear.
Bradford: Fans have every right to be frustrated. Hopefully I can win them back. #Eagles

I get that you needed time, but when it is time to go to work, you are at the NovaCare. I just want to let you know I was never against you. Like I have said before, I just did not like how you acted. You also said you will be there to help Wentz out whenever he needs it. Again, you grew up. Take it like this, you are going to ultimately get paid upwards of $40 million to be Wentz’s teacher, what a good job. Eventually this will be his team, and you know that.
Bradford: If we continue to win games, I think I will be the starting quarterback. But at some point, this won't be my team #Eagles

I am very impressed with how you handled yourself at your press conference. I hope you do yourself good this season and get to play somewhere else for the rest of your career. Thanks Sam, your decided to grow up and help this football team for the better.
