In case you somehow forgot about the amazing Milan Lucic drama that concluded the 2013-2014 campaign with him sounding like a fucking child, here you go:
[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmkYtMKeOSo]So this is it! This is the “fucking kill you” game, right? Right?
Wrong.
Milan Lucic isn’t going to play tonight because of a wrist injury so Dale Weise gets to live another day.
Here’s thing thing though: I don’t care. I wasn’t really jazzed for this game thinking that Milan Lucic was going to tear heads off and drink the blood of his enemies like Conan the Barbarian. I don’t really think anyone was expecting that. Instead, just be happy that hockey is finally back. For real – the gold and black attack is back, Jack!
Unfortunately this game isn’t being broadcast in the US. This pre-season the Bruins will only have three games televised in the US (9/26 vs Capitals on NHL Network, 9/30 vs Islanders on NESN and 10/4 vs Red Wings on NESN) but we’re going to try and hook you guys up with streams of all the games if available. I know tomorrow’s game is going to be broadcast on RDS which means you guys better bone up on your French.
This is the only French I know:
[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JN4Q5u0UpQA]Home Alone taught me everything I needed to know:
- French
- The appropriate time to drop a hot iron on a man’s face
- That Buzz’s girlfriend was very woofable
I am not sure if we will have a recap, but I don’t mind previewing games for you guys. Much like the Bruins, DOY is in preseason form as well and will be shaking the rust off.

While it isn’t lines, there is your roster for tonight’s game. You’ll notice that guys like Bergeron, Marchand, Chara and Rask aren’t playing tonight. They’ll more than likely be suiting up tomorrow vs the Capitals.
