Pacers 130, Raptors 101
I knew it wasn’t going to be a good scene as soon as I saw that this guy was our starting centre.

I think it’s safe to say, the Raptors have mailed it in, break out the salami & cheese, they’re in full tank mode. The Pacers had 115 pts tonight…after the third quarter. Anybody who looked at their chest tonight and saw themselves wearing a Raptors jersey got minutes as the game was about 45 minutes of garbage time. All of the Raptors got at least 20 minutes of PT with the exception of our unsung hero, Jake Voskuhl.
I think Jack Armstrong summed up the game early saying “I know Andrea Bargnani is out of the lineup, but with all due respect to Andrea Bargnani, he’s no Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and the Raptors are just getting eaten up tonight.”
Key Notes:
- The Pacers shot 72% in the second quarter, I repeat 72%!
- Patrick O’Bryant had a career high 16 pts, 7 boards & 6 fouls in 20 minutes of play
- Bosh led the way for the Raps with 21 pts and 9 rebounds
- Danny Granger had 29 pts for the Pacers, Troy Murphy had the double double with 14 and 14
- Raps shot a miserable 38%, were outrebounded 57-41 and out-assisted 30-23
