Pacman update: Trade may be completed this week

According to Adam Schefter of the NFL Network, the much-speculated Pacman trade to Dallas may be close to becoming reality.

Both the Cowboys and the Titans are said to be close to reaching a compromise regarding compensation, with the Cowboys possibly receiving a future pick in return as a precaution if the talented but troubled corner’s legal troubles continue.
Personally, I subscribe to the “where there’s smoke, there’s fire” theory towards this trade. The potential deal has been talked about exhaustively, with key figures from each side expressing their interest in getting the deal done, including Pacman himself.
The article suggests that there is a possibility that the trade may be completed by Tuesday, the same day that Pacman formally applies for reinstatement back into the NFL. So in addition to the upcoming NFL Draft, we may also have the potential Pacman deal to talk about as we cope with the seemingly endless but exciting NFL offseason.
This will be an interesting situation to monitor and as always, at Total Titans, we will keep you posted on the latest occurrences in the Pacman to Dallas saga.
