Just yesterday, the Patriots cut WR Brandon LaFell and fellow tight end Scott Chandler.
LaFell has had difficulties with catching the football over the course of his two seasons with the Patriots but was a solid option during the beginning of his tenure. Signed from Carolina, LaFell was the Pats tallest wide receiver and was in New England to run the post routes. LaFell will hopefully spark the interests of other teams around.
LaFell- 74 catches for 913 yards in 2014
2015- 37 catches for 515 yards
Chandler was a prized possession when we scooped him up from division rivals Buffalo Bills. Chandler was cut from the Pats due to failing his physical.
2015- 23 catches for 259 yards
