I know people are concerned about that Atlanta is so outmatched, that they'll resort to knocking people around. We've already seen it in Game 2… and quite frankly… who knows how all those young players will react to being home tomorrow night.
Paul Pierce says he's not going to add to that by retaliating. He's just going to play ball. And he will play
Pierce confirmed that he went through the entire 90-minute practice with relative ease and that he fully expects to play in Game 3 tomorrow night in Atlanta.
“I got a full practice in so there were no complications from the other night,” he said.
Also from yesterday's practice… Leon Powe relays the message from Sam Cassell:
“Quit putting them on the free throw line,” Powe said. “We put them on the free throw line too much the last game. They only had, like, one field goal in the last five or six minutes, but they shot 12 or 13 free throws. We have to eliminate that and we’ll be all right.”
