Penn State (basketball) will be playing January 1

The Big Ten men’s basketball TV schedule was released Tuesday, and the Nittany Lions are now scheduled to appear on ESPNU on January 1. Remember, there are no college bowl games that day but that doesn’t mean Penn State fans won’t be tuning in to watch their team, right?

Here is the list of Penn State games announced to air on CBS or the ESPN networks.

January 1 – Penn State @ Northwestern (7 p.m. ESPNU)

January 19 – Penn State vs. Illinois (9 p.m. ESPN/2)

February 4 – Penn State @ Iowa (3 p.m. ESPNU)

February 11 – Penn State vs. Nebraska (1 p.m. ESPNU)

February 16 – Penn State vs. Iowa (9 p.m. ESPNU)

February 19 – Penn State @ Wisconsin (1 p.m. CBS wildcard)

February 25 – Penn State vs. Northwestern (9 p.m. ESPNU)

March 4 – Penn State vs. Michigan (1p.m. or 4 p.m., ESPN wildcard/CBS)

The Big Ten Tournament will be aired on both ntworks. Games three and four will air on ESPN2 and Games five and six will air on ESPN. The conference semifinals and championship game will be shown on CBS (CBS Sports).
