Unconfirmed, but sources are saying that Oruwariye and Farmer have both committed to Penn State, still waiting for confirmation. Koa Farmer has just CONFIRMED his commitment to PSU through Instagram
Not a full on confirmation but Ryan Snyder of 247Sports has tweeted to half-confirm the Farmer reportsr :
