Pete Rose is having a pretty good week.
First he gets GOP frontrunner Donald Trump to (again) publicly endorse his reinstatement into baseball and inclusion into the Hall of Fame.
Then…there’s this.
Rose’s bobblehead was selected (via an online poll) as the inaugural inductee into the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Even cooler, baseball’s hit king will even be in attendance April 23 when the induction ceremony goes down in Milwaukee.
“Being the only of anything is a big deal,” Rose responded.
Currently, some of the Bobblehead Hall’s collection is on display as part of a preview exhibit. Co-founder Phil Sklar expects the Hall of Fame to be in its permanent location this fall.
