After nearly a year on the market, Pete Rose has unloaded his Sherman Oaks home…and he made a nice little profit in the process.
Originally purchased by Rose and then-wife Carol for $913,500 in 1999 the six bedroom, 4.75 bath home recently sold for a cool $1.96 million. Not a bad little gamble (get it?) for baseball’s all-time hit king.
