Phil B smells rest

Phil B Wilson thinks the Colts are giving off a ‘pack it in’ vibe.

But with the Colts so close to finishing perfect now, you think they would do what a majority of the players want and go for it, right? I’m not getting that vibe. Hope I’m wrong, but sometimes people send messages by what they won’t say, or in this case, how they deviate from previous speech patterns.

Perhaps it’s just some more misdirection to keep an opponent off guard, although I don’t see the point to it because the Jets couldn’t win at home against Atlanta and are about as desperate a team as any in the NFL. They just need to win, and they won’t care if Curtis Painter is playing quarterback against them or the Colts bring back Jeff George.
