Before we get off the RB rollercoaster and are convinced the perpetual backfield shift has stopped, it’s important to point out Brown has to make it through a full-participation practice today. Colts coach Jim Caldwell said the plan is for Brown to “ramp up activities.” Brown said he expected to push the hamstring today, that he didn’t feel any pain.
He looked as confident as he spoke. We shall see, but with Joseph Addai’s timetable to return from a shoulder injury so unknown, Brown being back would be a major plus.
I spoke to Hart today and you’ve got to like this guy’s attitude, too. He conceded not knowing what the situation would be, but smiled when he said, “I just know I’m going to play.”
