The Phillies have signed relief pitcher Shawn Camp to a minor league deal, reports John Heyman of CBS Sports.

Camp had a 7.04 ERA, 5.1 strikeouts per nine innings, 3.5 walks per nine innings, and a 48.8% groundball rate in 23 innings pitched for the Cubs this season. After the Cubs released him in July, he signed a minor league deal with the Diamondbacks and failed to return to the big leagues.
Shawn Camp will turn 38 years old next week.
