Evan Turner led Philadelphia with 22 points as the 76ers beat the Dallas Mavericks 100-98 earlier tonight.

The Sixers used a 12-0 run to grab a 91-81 lead early in the fourth quarter.
The Mavericks were forced into six consecutive turnovers during Philadelphia’s run.
Vince Carter (15 points off the bench) helped start a 5-0 run for the Mavs to bring them within five (91-86), but it was quickly stopped by a Jrue Holiday jump shot (18 points, 7 assists, 6 turnovers) with under four minutes to go in the game.
With under a minute to go, the Mavericks continued to make things interesting after Carter scored two clutch baskets to close the gap to two (100-98).
Dallas had one last chance to tie the game, but O.J. Mayo (11 points, 4-10 from the field) missed the first free throw with 2.7 seconds left.
Thaddeus Young scored 20 points and also grabbed seven rebounds.
Sixers rookie, Maalik Wayns posted a season and career-high with 10 points.
Chris Kaman led all Maverick scorers with 20 points.
The Sixers are now three games above .500 (9-6).
