WARRIORS PRACTICE FACILITY, OAKLAND, CA — On Monday September 29th, 2014, the Golden State Warriors held their annual #TweediaDay. This, around the league, is known as Media Day; a chance for reporters, photographers, and everything in between, to take their crack at asking question, taking pictures, and getting a sense of how the season is going to go.
LetsGoWarriors was on site for the yearly tradition, and there was no shortage of exciting moments to go around.
We caught up with several players to get their take on anything from the upcoming season, to their favorite video games.
Brandon Rush spoke to us about how it feels to be back in a Warriors uniform.
“It feels amazing man.” Rush told us with excitement, “Its still the same players, just a different coaching staff.”
What are your first impressions of the new coaching staff?
“Steve Kerr, Luke (Walton), Alvin (Gentry), I mean it’s a great group of guys to be around with. Some good guys that are going to be coaching us this year.
Rush also spoke about what the bench was missing last year and how he hopes to fix that.
Harrison Barnes also told us he wants to put his “poor” season last year behind him and just hoop.
