If the swelling around Bickel’s eye does not subside by tonight, the now healthy Jeff Woywitka will be re-inserted into the line-up.

John Tortorella said this about the defenseman’s status for tonight’s game (via Blueshirts United)…
“He should be able to play—he’ll have to wear a shield—but he should be good to go. He gives us an element on the back end that we don’t have a whole lot of as far as his aggressiveness. He’s played well.”
