Pietrus passes baseline concussion test

This is a good news for Pietrus, who we hope will be ready for the playoffs.  At this point, Pietrus and Allen off the bench sounds pretty good for the Celtics, who would then have two very good scorers at their 6th and 7th men.

I don't want to get ahead of myself, though.  This is a good first step.
