Playing Against Rangers Means Something to Rozsival

-5

Andrew Gross at Rangers Rants caught up with former Ranger Michal Rozsival to discuss facing the Blueshirts for the first time since being traded to the Coyotes for Wojtek Wolski last season…

“I think any player, when they play against their old team, it means a little more to you,” Rozsival said. “You have memories. When you get traded, you want to do well. You’re playing against players you used to play against. It is interesting.”

Rozsival will be playing in just his fifth game of the season tonight, after missing 26 games with a concussion he sustained in the season opener.

…will be great to see Rozsival tonight…sucking for another team.

…out with a concussion? What else is new in the NHL.

For Coyotes head coach Dave Tippett’s thoughts on Rozsival click the “Read More” tab below.

Dave Tippett on Rozsival…

“Hue’s a real solid veteran defenseman,” Tippett said. “He thinks the game well. He fits into our group. He had a history with some of the Czech players so he felt comfortable right away. He plays solid minutes. Unfortunately, this year, he got hurt in the first game.”

…Hue?
