This is the opening night of college football, and the above clip (courtesy of the entire internet) is one of the most horrific plays in terms of sheer stupidity ever. Kent State was punting to Towson, which is a bad sign for Kent State to begin with, but Towson’s returner touched the ball, which is bad for Towson, and it was recovered by Kent State, which was also bad for Towson, but then the recovering player for Kent State started running the wrong way. Bad for Kent State!
The most hilarious, stupidest part, though? The fact that Towson actually chased him down and tackled him! All in all, this is bad news for the MAC, right?
