Are there any other storylines in the NBA worth covering? Or how about the entire world of sports?
In our world – the present – the defending champs are gearing up for tonight's game with the Warriors. Newsflash – Golden St. is not good. They added Jamal Crawford (for Al Harrington) but he didn't help much in their last game – a 24-point beatdown by the Wizards. Gun-totin Stephen Jackson remains the main offensive threat, along with Corey Maggette. Andris Biedrins is averaging 13.2 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game. Boston is a 12-point favorite but keep this in mind (I'm talking to you Jester) – they are 2-4 ATS in their last six games at home.
Here's some information for any fans who want to send condolences to the Heinsohn family. The Celtics are planning a moment of silence before tonight's game.
