Consider this a PSA for the olds: Pokémon is back in a BIG way.
Nintendo released a new mobile game named Pokémon GO this week and it’s currently the #1 app in Google Play and iTunes. It’s crushing it so hard that Nintendo stock has surged up nearly 9% in the last day alone.
What is it?
Not to get too basic, but it’s an augmented reality game where you play by finding Pokémon characters in the real world.
Chances are you’re going to run into someone that is more engrossed in their phone than normal and/or acting strange around a park bench or a random storefront. If so, don’t be alarmed. They’re probably just looking for Squirtle.
