“Every time you get a chance to face a top receiver in this league or a future Hall of Famer, whatever the case might be, it’s a great opportunity especially for a young guy like me to showcase my talents, to them and to the people who are watching. I always get excited when I have an opportunity to face these guys because I know they’re great and they’re going to be good at what they do. I have to bring my ‘A’ game to defend them. If I do that, I feel pretty confident.”
Powers didn’t hesitate when asked the most obvious question more than once.
“Yeah, I’m back,” he said.
