Pittsburgh Penguins v Columbus Blue Jackets - Game Six

Lightweight Bout: Denis Shafikov (36-2-1) vs. Jamel Herring (15-0)

-Remember how the CBS card last week was up-and-comers facing obvious showcase opponents? Yeah, this card isn’t like that at all. Herring is getting thrown into the deep end. Of the ocean. Shafikov is one of the best lightweights in the world who’s just coming off of a world title fight. I think this is too much, too soon for Herring. Shafikov via R9 TKO.
Middleweight Bout: Patryk Szymanski (15-0) vs. Wilky Campfort (21-2)

-This isn’t as much of a giant step as Herring’s bout, but Campfort is a tough out, with only losses in his second pro bout, and to world champ Jermall Charlo. However, I think, unlike the main evevnt, Szymanski can take that next step, albeit by a thin margain. Szymanski via SD.
Junior Lightweight Bout: Frank De Alba (18-2-2) vs. Jonathan Perez (35-14)

-This isn’t going to be much of a fight, but it will be fun, at least. Perez’s bout sheet may not look like much, but he’s game and can put a scare into top fighters. De Alba via UD.
Junior Middleweight Bout: Carlos Garcia (10-15-1) vs. Kermit Cintron (36-5-2)

-I can’t pick against Kermit Cintron. Not now, not ever. Cintron via UD.
