Preseason Game 7 Preview: Nets (4-2) at Miami Heat (5-2)
LeBron won't be playing tonight, so the next time the Nets will see him in action will be in their home opener on November 1st

When: 7:30 pm; Friday, October 25th, 2013

Where: American Airlines Arena; Miami, FL

TV: NBA TV and YES Network

Mercifully so, the Brooklyn Nets' preseason schedule ends tonight with a game in South Beach against the Heat. It's no walk in the park, but at least the preseason is finished and the regular season–an October 30th road game in Cleveland–is around the corner.

Kevin Garnett (rest) and LeBron James (rest) both won't be in the lineup for the Nets and Heat but Deron Williams (ankle) is expected to make his 2013-2014 debut. With the Nets starting up in five days, he'll probably only play around ten minutes total to get his legs in game shape. At this point, any sign we can get from him that he's OK is more than enough.

Probable Lineups

BKN- Deron Williams (PG), Joe Johnson (SG), Paul Pierce (SF), Andray Blatche (PF), Brook Lopez (C)

MIA- Mario Chalmers (PG), Dwyane Wade (SG), Shane Battier (SF), Chris Bosh (PF), Udonis Haslem (C)

Final Thoughts

No injuries, please, and hopefully D-Will looks good in his first game since the playoffs.
