That’s a wrap, folks. The Saints lost a lot of talented players in Jimmy Graham, Curtis Lofton (some of you will argue this) and Kenny Stills to name of few. Most of us felt like the 2014 team going into the season was the most talented in team history. Even if this team is less talented this draft class will ensure it is smarter, plays with more unity and tougher. This draft class is consistent in potential, production, intelligence, character and toughness. It’s a common thread that will serve the team very well as they revamp from what was a disappointing season. Here are the draftees:
Round 1, Pick 13: Andrus Peat, T, Stanford
Round 1, Pick 31: Stephone Anthony, ILB, Clemson
Round 2, Pick 44: Hau’oli Kikaha, OLB, Washington
Round 3, Pick 75: Garrett Grayson, QB, Colorado State
Round 3, Pick 78: P. J. Williams, CB, Florida State
Round 5, Pick 148: Davis Tull, OLB, Tennessee-Chattanooga
Round 5, Pick 154: Tyeler Davison, DT, Fresno State
Round 5, Pick 167: Damian Swann, CB, Georgia
Round 7, Pick 230: Marcus Murphy, RB, Missouri
