Bruins back at it this afternoon for a matinee match up against the Winnipeg Jets. We're going to blame the Jets for the artic weather outside. Bastards.
Winnipeg, despite moving to the West, is still a shitty team, playing .500 hockey which isn't bad for a team with roots from the Thrashers.
Meanwhile, we're still waiting for the Bruins to play a full 60. This has been a common theme for the Bruins for years. Years. It's almost part of their identity now. You'll get a couple good periods, or maybe just a super solid 10 minutes somewhere. But a full 60 just isn't something the Bs love to do except during the playoffs. At least they don't care playoff games off… still, do we need to call Mike Wallace or something?
Justin Florek has been recalled from Providence on an emergency call basis. No word on for who, as all forwards were present at the morning skate. Florek has 9 goals, 11 assists and is a +11 for Providence.
If no other injuries, Florek seems like an ideal replacement for Caron on the fourth line. Bruins can and should start showcasing AHLers.

In injury news, Torey Krug is a maybe for today's game. He didn't play much in the third and got the day off yesterday for maintenance, so it sounds like he's a little banged up and might need a few more days to recover. He's told reporters he needs to talk to trainers first.
Projected Line-Ups
This can/may/will change depending on Krug's status and who Florek is replacing.
