Raiders add another familiar face

The Oakland Raiders have signed linebacker Napolean Harris. Harris was originally drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the first round of the 2002 draft. He was decidedly average in Oakland for three years before he was sent to Minnesota along with a first round pick for a certain wide reciever in the proverbial trade that helped neither team.

In order to make room for Harris, the Raiders waived defensive back Ricky Manning, Jr.
