Raiders announce Toys for Tots drive autograph info

Each Christmas season the Raiders team up with the Marine Corps for their annual Toys for Tots autograph exchange drive. This year, there is a star-studded lineup of Raider players set to be on hand for the event.

Wide receiver Jacoby Ford, guard Stefen Wisniewski, tackle Jared Veldheer, and tight end Kevin Boss will sign autographs in exchange for a new, unwrapped toy donation valued at $20 or more at The Raider Image at Southland Mall in Hayward on Monday, December 12 from 6–8 p.m.

Quarterback Carson Palmer, running back Michael Bush, fullback Marcel Reece, and wide receiver Denarius Moore will be signing at The Raider Image at Southland Mall in Hayward on Monday, December 19 from 6–8 p.m.

Both events will be first come, first served.

In addition there will be Game Day donations accepted at O.co on December 18 as the Raiders take on the Detroit Lions. Monetary donations will also be accepted. Marines will be stationed in Raiderville, as well as the West Side Plaza, near the BART entrance, and Gates A, B, C, and D, before kickoff.

The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November, and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.
