<![CDATA[With the Rams return to Los Angeles, it was unclear whether or not the Raiders or Chargers will be joining them. With the emergency no deal of the Chargers stadium plans, they were forced to share the stadium with the Los Angeles Rams, however fans of the Raiders still loud and proud wanted to show the Raiders "Run LA"
Sadly, the Raiders won't be running Los Angeles or California anytime soon, as they are inching closer to a new stadium deal in Las Vegas. According to Vincent Bonsignore, the Raiders have filled the financing problems when Sheldon Adelson dropped out as an investor.
FYI: Was told by #NFL sources #Raiders have disclosed to league owners today financing source to replace Sheldon Adelson on LV deal
With the new plan, The Raiders have full financing ready to go on the stadium, which means if they get approved by the NFL and owners to build the stadium, it’s a green light folks.
#Raiders informed #NFL they have secured Bank of America to complete the financing on Las Vegas Stadium plan
The Raiders with the Oakland Major also had a meeting in Orlando Florida with hopes of resolving the stadium issue in Oakland but nothing was solved. According to Vincent, “Bottom line, no new proposals or information on the foundational issues” (all of which have been laid out)
With Oakland still struggling, and Las Vegas becoming a threat for the Raiders, looks to be Los Angeles will be home to the Rams for a very long time. (Oh and the Chargers, I guess). When asked if the Raiders will move to LA anytime soon..Time to put that to bed brother. Rams will own Los Angeles.
