Despite the Raptors scoring a season high 131 points in their win over the New York Knicks tonight at the Air Canada Centre, it wasn’t enough to extend their season by at least 4 more games. The Toronto Raptors have been officially eliminated from the 2009-2010 NBA Playoffs hunt, as the Chicago Bulls handled their business by winning all of the ‘must’ win games, including last Sunday’s head-to-head game over the Raptors. The Raptors will now miss the playoffs for the 2nd straight season, despite high expectations from the organization and fans alike.

From there, the Raptors proceeded to finish the season 9-19 in their remaining games, and ended up on the outside looking in, missing the ’09-’10 NBA Playoffs by ONE game.
