The Toronto Raptors earned a 106-89 home win over the Washington Wizards on Tuesday night, and have now tied their franchise record of nine straight wins. The win marks their fifth straight home win on their current 7 game homestand.

NBA All-Star Kyle Lowry led the way, scoring 29 points (including five made three-point field goals) while grabbing four rebounds, dishing out four assists, and collecting two steals.

Jonas Valanciunas collected his ninth double-double of the season, finishing with 13 points and 12 rebounds. DeMar DeRozan, hoping to be named an All-Star when the reserves are announced on Thursday night, finished with 17 points, and like Lowry, also contributed four rebounds and four assists.

The Wizards’ All-Star point guard, John Wall, didn’t have his best shooting night (6-17 from the field), but he ended up with 18 points while handing out a game high 14 assists.

The Raptors did suffer an injury scare late in the game, as Kyle Lowry seeimgly jammed his left hand coming around a screen. The Raptors Media Relations team confirmed that the x-rays on Kyle Lowry’s wrist were negative.
