Recruiting Reporter

The Bearcats Blog is looking for a recruiting reporter. What this would entail is that someone writes about recruiting. I’ve long stated that I don’t really care for the world of college recruiting, and I don’t follow the scene very closely. There is a void on the site because of it. If you follow recruiting, and want to share your thoughts with the world, contact me. The pay will be zero, but you’ll get the glory of seeing your name at the top of a post. Not as the author, but it’ll be at the top. The articles on the site tend to be lengthy, but yours don’t have to be. If a quick write up about a UC recruit is the way to go, go that way. The one rule that I ask if that you don’t personally attack any players. That doesn’t need to be said, but maybe it does.

A person can only handle so many spinning plates that keep their attention. I let the recruiting one fall a long time ago. If yours is still spinning, email me through the contact button, or hit me up on twitter. Don’t be shy. Was this monkey shy when it rode a mini-motorcycle?

In other news, memorable Bearcats, and games, and the breakdown will coming out soon. If you read College Football News, there might be something up there tomorrow that you will enjoy.

Finally, a giant congratulations to Jason Kelce, who was the only Bearcat drafted in the NFL draft. Jason went to the Eagles in the 6th round. All the best to him, and we know it’s going to work out well. From a walk on to a draft pick. Anything is possible when you put in the work. That’s a lesson to everyone. More importantly, it’s a lesson to whoever wants to be the recruiting reporter.
