The Red Sox are a month into the season and back at .500, let’s take a look at some trends.
Starting Rotation 
– Lester and Buchholz look like aces lately but what is going on with Beckett?
Bullpen – After a slow start, the pen is looking solid again.
Offense – Pedroia and Youk are looking good, Ortiz and Drew: not so much
Defense 
– For a team built around run prevention they sure have made a lot of errors, and let’s try to throw out a runner.
Bench 
– Darnell McDonald, Tek, Lowell, and Hermida are filling in nicely.
Management – Tito has found a way to keep the ship afloat with the injuries, Ortiz issue, Lowell issue and Wake to pen issue.
