Red Sox Have No Personality??

This morning…as I was looking over the always amusing messages in my Twitter feed, I saw one from Jerry Remy that peeked my interest.

This is the tweet that Jerry posted this morning:

Someone just told me that #RedSox lack personality-they’re all just “nice guys”-no Mannys,no Millars, no Damons–what do you think?-Jerry

So, what do you think?  Are the Red Sox lacking personality?  I saw a flurry of responses to Jerry in my twitter feed as well…and this was my response:

@Jerry_Remy I disagree, I think the #RedSox are chuck full of personality. Pedroia, Youkilis, Papelbon, Beckett, etc. Come on NOW!

I wanna know who this “someone” is….and how anyone can say a team with Papelbon and Pedroia on it…lacks personality.

Now, I think the Sox lack a lot of drama…but that’s not a bad thing.  We no longer have to wonder if and when Manny was going to tantrum.  However, we are also not drama free…I think we just have a pretty cohesive clubhouse.  Our drama is…what to do with Mikey Lowell?  Who is making the starting 5?  Will Pap ever learn the lesson of STFU and just pitch?  Etc…

Do you think the Sox lack personality????  Well…do ya??
