Red Sox Lineup vs. Angels 5/3/11

I am actually a little surprised to see Ells in the lineup…he left the game late with a bruised knee sliding through the catcher to make sure that Pedey got in safe on Gonzo’s bases clearing RBI double.  Tito said it was no big deal…he was just sore, but I am surprised he didn’t give him the day off to rest, given that we have Cameron who could take his place in CF.  It’s a good sign though…that it really does seem like nothing to worry about then.  Good news.

Update:  Youkilis was scrated from the lineup due to illness, so Scutaro is at SS and Lowrie is at 3B.  Lineup is updated above.
