Add Josh Howard to the list of small forward free agents who have decided to not sign with the San Antonio Spurs.
According to Michael Lee of The Washington Post, Howard will sign a 1-year deal with the Utah Jazz.
The Spurs have been looking feverishly for a small forward since word came out the team could use their amnesty clause on Richard Jefferson. San Antonio even want as far as to tell Howard they would like for him to wear the black and silver and even reportedly offered him a deal.
And now that Howard will take his talents to Utah, it seems Jefferson will more than likely be staying on with San Antonio when opening night rolls around in a few days.
So now all free agent small forwards the Spurs reportedly pursued (Caron Butler, Vince Carter, Howard and Grant Hill) chose not to suit up with San Antonio.
What do you have to say Spurs fans? Now that it seems RJ will be with the Spurs for the upcoming season, where do you stand on this topic?
