From Sam Smith’s post on Bulls.com:
It’s not going to get as much discussion during the season, but one of the biggest issues for the Cavs is that both LeBron James and Kevin Love own opt outs after this season. LeBron James basically cannot afford to go anywhere after his return to Cleveland. But watch out for Love. Indications are he will seriously consider the opt out and has his eyes on a return to Los Angeles, where he attended college and where the Lakers long have had him on their free agent wish list
Bulls.com – Could Kobe head East for a win-win?
Kind of an odd platform to break what I think most of us would consider big news. Love’s played only five games with the Cavs, and though he did eventually bail on the T-Wolves, I think it’s too soon to say he ‘has his eyes’ on anywhere other than Cleveland. Last week we heard about the exchange of words LeBron and Kyrie had (also know as a conversation), which could be taken as an indication that things aren’t going as smooth as intended — but again, just seems too soon. Filing this one under ‘remaining very skeptical’.
Zach Lowe’s thoughts:
I have no idea if Kevin Love is really considering an opt-out today, but no one should have been so naive as to believe he wouldn’t.

But…who the hell wants to share shots with Kobe and Nick Young?
