Safe to say this would be the worst possible scenario. There’s still no diagnosis yet, and this is just something that they fear… but it’s not great news.
There are varying degrees of ACL tears… from partial tears to all out, Derrick Rose, multiple ligament tears. It’s obviously not the latter… but if there’s any tear in there, his season may well be over.
